CRM Masters was founded by long-standing MCTs Feridun Kadir and Adam Vero. They are both experienced consultants and Microsoft MVPs for Dynamics CRM, bringing their real-world skills and know-how to the classroom to share with you.
I've been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 1999 and I've delivered a large number of courses to many hundreds of students. As an experienced trainer I am able to recognise and engage with a variety of learning styles in students.
During 2006 and 2007 I delivered a 2-day Train-the-Trainer course on behalf of Microsoft Business Solutions on several occasions for students preparing to become Microsoft Certified Trainers for Dynamics products. Preparing and delivering this course helped improve my own training skills.
I have been a consultant on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects for many years, starting with version 1.2. I have also worked with Microsoft Learning on courseware and exam development for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, 4.0, 2011 and 2013.
